MOTIP Phase 0 Program

The MTC Phase 0 program is not accepting applications at this time due to the fact that a funding cap has been reached. More funds are expected within the next few months to continue the program into 2010. Please check back regularly for updates on the Phase 0 program.

Phase 0 procedures:

  • See solicitation based submission schedule below
  • Each MoTIP Phase 0 application will be due at least 5 weeks prior to SBIR/STTR proposal due date
  • Determination of award will be processed in 10 days from any given submission period (see process step guide for approximate timing of all steps in the process)
  • For the purposes of this program, the annual cycle for MoTIP begins on March 18, 2009.
